HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENT?
A shipment confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent to you once your package has been sent out.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DAMAGED?
If a package arrives in poor condition, please take pictures of the issue(s) and send them to info@paulacallejas.com. We will notify the carrier of the damages and exchange the damaged product(s) for another one.
